REFUND/RETURNS POLICY.

All items sold by Cursed Doll Cult can be returned and/or exchanged for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Wrong item/size/colour was sent. 
    • The size, colour or fit is not right. 
    • You changed your mind.
    • You've taken up minimalism (please get help.)

NOTE: We may not be able to provide a full exchange and/or refund in the case of a zombie invasion, but we will try our best.

If the item has not been delivered, please provide us with proof of this and we will help you out. In case of a non-delivery, we will provide either a full refund or re-send a new package to you!

Just let us know that you need to file a return, and provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING COSTS?

 We offer free shipping to most states in America, so there is no need to worry about shipping costs.

In the case of other shipping methods and international customers, we always refund basic shipping, but may not be able to refund premium/express shipping. Still, it doesn't hurt to ask us if we can!

The cost to return or exchange an item will be paid for by us. We're sorry your order didn't work out!

What Happens After I Request A Refund?

  • We will notify you of the approval of your refund.
  • When you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
