If your item never arrives, arrives damaged, or we sent you the wrong item by mistake, we will send a replacement item for you free of change.

We will require you to provide proof of the problem before issuing a replacement.

DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING COSTS?

 We cannot refund shipping costs, but we will pay for an exchange item to be sent to you in case of a damaged item, the wrong item being sent, or a lost package.
